    Terms of agreement for Design services:
    1. The Design Services are a decorating consultation service only. Recommendations and suggestions made are for cosmetic improvements and are not intended for construction purposes.
    2. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the requirements for the project, as outlined above.
    3. Erica Morgan Long/Plumbley House Interiors will render services within a timely manner, however we are not responsible for catastrophic events or acts of God.
    4. Purchases are made by the client only. Erica Morgan Long/Plumbley House Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods, fabrication, delivery, installation or safety precautions in connection with the Design project. Erica Morgan Long/Plumbley House Interiors takes no responsibility for outside contractors.
    5. Erica Morgan Long/Plumbley House Interiors is not responsible for arranging returns, repairs, replacements, losses, or freight claims for purchases outlined in the Design services provided. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you must deal directly with the vendor where the item was obtained.
